It's finally happened. My daughter's recessive gene kicked in ... that shoe 'thing' that women have has finally taken over. After putting her to bed tonight I went down stairs to turn things off and noticed this nice line of shoes. I'm sure she was very proud.
I've got that gene! I have a pair of low quarters, a set of leather work shoes, a pair of boots, some insulated mukluks, and a pair of thong sandals -- and I'm scouting for a pair of tennies.
ReplyDeleteI don't line them up, though. Instead, I scatter them all over the house. So maybe it's a mutated gene.
I have two pairs of shoes, both are falling apart. All shoe funds go to the kids. If there is any surplus money ... I buy myself thick socks.
ReplyDeleteThat is so wonderful. How on earth did my niece get them in such a perfect line. Congrats on the great news about you and Christy. I am very happy for you my dear brother. I love you and I want you to be happy. You really deserve it.
ReplyDeleteYour sister,
