Minivan pilot

Blogging from the field. I'm at the sideline of my daughter's soccer practice. Out and about in the minivan. I've noticed that it is kind of difficult to coach 5-year-old girls. Kind of like herding cats. It looks like just getting their attention is most difficult part of the battle.
Kitten is home painting the house, mostly the high parts. She only has the scaffling until the a.m. And of course she goes under knife in the morning. We're nervous.
Work was painful today. I spend way too much time fixing other people's mistakes. Ugh ... I would love to finish some of the projects I have started. I have a bitter 'I-am-sick-of-this-place' email in my drafts folder just hurting to be sent. But my better nature... Or chicken nature holds me back. Some day, some day soon.
Sigh.
