… ah Oregon, you were a month behind schedule, but didn’t let us down. Wash away the dust of summer. Engreen us once more with the deluge. Feed us, with the sky. Drench away our burns and shade us from the brilliant sun. Oregon, empty the cold Pacific on our reptile brains and sooth us until the spring.
