The dust has nearly settled.

Well, the contractor took most of his tools home today.   The dust is finally settling.

We have been through a lot this summer and into fall.   We got married.  We went to the hospital for an operation.   We have added onto this house, that we’ve refinanced twice in the 4 ½ months I’ve been here.   We’ve begun our family blending.   We’ve managed major and minor blow-ups and melt-downs.   We’re tired.  We’re optimistic.  

Meanwhile both Kitten and my jobs have been extra challenging. 

Meanwhile we’ve been thinking about the future, when we can relax.  Just a little.
