Watched the election results last night. I’m giddy. Watched the president’s press conference this morning after the whoopin’ … I’m giddier. Heard Rummy has been canned. Can’t hold me together with superglue … most giddy.
I hope there’s some other resignations to follow. I hope all these messes get cleaned up.
I'm not a liberal. I'm unaffiliated. I even voted for a few local republicans (don't tell my wife) because I thought they had the right stuff to get the job done.
ReplyDeleteI voted for Hooley (D) because she's doing a good job and stands mostly for what I stand for, thus 'representative of my views".
I'm glad there was a power shift in Washington, because I believe the (until last night) current leadership was out of touch, unchecked, corrupt, incompetent, illogical, and perpetuating a dangerous one-world ideology without considering reality.
Hiring and firing is the whole point of an election.
Bitching and whining I do believe is protected under the first amendment.
So go for it!
