Day 49: A Better Day

I'm feeling better inside my brain today. I wasn't letting things slide off my back. I just have to always understand I don't have to have a reaction to the outside world. And I don't have to submit to the same choices inside my head.
It's amazing at 42 I'm still trying to find my place in the world, from my perspective.
