Last night I got right back up on the proverbial horse and attempted to grill some more steaks. This time I did nothing but what other people have told me. Dave at "Drivel" told me to lay some foil done first. I did.
My wife said, "5 minutes each side, I like my steak a little more rare, take it off 3 minutes early.
I did exactly that.
They came out perfect.
And although it seemed a success, somehow I felt there was no "me" in there. I just followed direction. We could of got a monkey to grill the steaks.
Perhaps we did.
The foil idea is a meme, if I understand the word. I didn't think of it. I'm just aping what I saw some other monkey doing. Congrats!
