Just one of those days

I was one of those days where you just want to say "fuck it" and walk off the set, out the door, off the plank, whatever. I was accused of being "sarcastic" again at work because someone else had a bad day and misinterpreted a tone of one of my emails today. I was just pointing out that just the day before they were all "taking care of the customer here ... and taking care of the customer there" and today is was "screw the customer -- we need to make sure we blame someone for this error first" There are three major things I desire from any workplace; leadership, consistency, and consistent leadership. There's also a lot of minor things like, logic and reason, forethought, and strategic vision. But consistency and leadership are big for me to feel I'm not just wasting my time.
