... with my Internet connection. Comcast has been very Unreliable the last three years in support of our el crappo gateway behavior. Today I even twittered my disgust of their reliability into the ethertubes. Much to my surprise I got a twitter back from ComcastBill. Some guy (or guys) at Comcast main HQ in Philly helped me through some troubleshooting in between my connection going off and on. So, he says go swap out your gateway, there's an office down the road. Swell, I'll do that! I got to that office, with gateway in hand and I told them my story. They say, we don't have any here, we don't swap out those. You need to call this number and have a technician go through all the testing. Bull pucky! No you aren't, I've had technicians ... suck it, I got home and called the phone company and got dsl ordered, it's in the mail. I can even hook it up myself for free. Sweet! and it's about $15 cheaper per month. Sweet! Of course we'll see how it goes. I have a feeling it will be fine, reliable and NOT comcast.
oh, in 2 to 5 days I'll have a new blackberry.
