Resolving? Again?
Yup, it's that time again: Resolutions! I think this practice should be as the word actually suggests. We are Re-Solutioning ourselves. What are the solutions we tried last year and how are we going to repackage, reject or reinvigorate these?

I am really behind on personal branding in a professional manner. I really don't know where to start. This article gives you a little edge on what tools recruiters are being encouraged to use. I think part of my resolve for 2009 is to present a more professional face out there on the Internet. (that means no more personal whining via twitter and Facebook) LOL.
So that will be #1 in my resolution list
