It's Monday, time for a weigh in report.
226 lbs.
Two pounds down. I think this alone was from eating a salad for lunch for 4 of the 5 working days. Beyond that, I really haven't done anything diety yet. Especially this weekend when I had a prime rib dinner, a cupcake, a Swiss and mushroom cheeseburger and a Extreme Chocolate Blizzard.
We'll see how this week goes. I'm going to stick to my salad lunches, and self-enforce my ol' reliable "no eating after 9 pm rule".
