well, according to the line chart below I am again 222 lbs.
Weight isn't my real concern right now, it's what I've been eating. A lot of greasy, fatty, cheesy, breaded crap. My heart is doing a little mambo inside my chest, skipping beats on 2 and 4. This is probably not a good thing. I just need to try. And as the weather gets a little better spend a little time exercising, just a little walk around the neighbor hood I would think could do the trick.
Something must be done.
