Prez, weekly : Fiscal Discipline for the new Government

This weekend the president would like us (federal government*) to clean up their budget. He wants us (federal government*) to pay-as-we-go, cut or eliminate useless or wasteful programs. He wants us (federal government*) to take a look at our budget like every American family and make the hard decisions that must be made in hard times. He also wants us (federal government*) to do away with old and obsolete thinking and encourage innovation and new ideas from the bottom up.
He wants a new 'suggestion box' put up. Fill it with good ideas.
